You spend 90% of your time indoors. But most homes have never been assessed for the risks that actually affect health and safety.
These aren't edge cases. They're everyday risks hiding in everyday homes.
Most families don't know what's quietly putting them at risk — until something happens. A nurse-led Healthy Home assessment finds the hidden hazards in your air, water, surfaces, and layout — then helps you fix what matters.

Same method as our aging-in-place assessments — now applied to the whole home, for every family.
Walk every room with a trained eye. Screen air, water, surfaces, and layout for hidden risks.
Not everything needs fixing today. We rank hazards by real impact — not by what's easy to sell.
High-impact, low-disruption improvements — often during the same visit. No construction. No drama.
Optional smart sensors for ongoing awareness. Leak detection, air quality, activity patterns — your choice.
Every home is different. Start with the Baseline, or go deeper with a targeted package.
Comprehensive whole-home safety + environmental health assessment with written plan.
Baseline + immediate child-proofing fixes during the same visit.
Baseline + water-loss prevention checks and smart leak sensor planning.
Deep-dive into what you're breathing — plus action plan for mitigation.
The house was safe enough for you. But babies change everything — furniture, outlets, water temperature, window falls, cord hazards.
You've noticed the loose rug, the dim hallways, the bathroom without grab bars. A Healthy Home Baseline gives you a plan — not just worry.
A home inspection tells you about the house. A Healthy Home assessment tells you if it's safe to live in — air quality, water risk, hazards the inspector didn't check.
If you've ever wondered about your water quality, air quality, or whether your home has hidden risks — this is the answer.
It's a nurse-led, in-home safety and environmental health assessment. We evaluate your home for fall risks, water damage risks, indoor air quality concerns, child safety hazards, and fire/CO preparedness — then help you fix what matters most.
Home inspections focus on structural condition for real estate transactions. A Healthy Home assessment focuses on health and safety risks for the people living there — including air quality, water risks, fall hazards, and child safety. We prioritize by clinical risk, not property value.
Families with young children, adult children concerned about aging parents, new homeowners wanting a safety baseline, and anyone who wants certainty that their home is safe for the people in it.
A whole-home walkthrough covering IAQ screening (CO₂, particulate matter, VOC proxy), moisture and humidity mapping, water risk assessment (appliance hoses, leak points, shutoff awareness), hot water temperature check, fall hazard identification, child hazard scan, and GFCI/outlet visual checks. You receive a written plan with prioritized recommendations.
The Baseline assessment takes approximately 2.5–3 hours including a brief written report. Premium packages with same-visit fixes take 3–5 hours depending on scope.
For packages beyond the Baseline, yes. The Child Safety Sprint and Water Risk Defense include immediate mitigation work during the same visit. The Baseline is assessment and planning only — fixes are quoted separately.
Most families begin with the Baseline — a comprehensive whole-home assessment that gives you a clear picture of risks and a prioritized plan to address them.
